Ding Guang, President of Taiwan Phu My Hung Group and Chairman of Shihe International, introduced the past market development of the company in Vietnam and Cambodia at the Asia Boao Forum 2018 Annual Meeting, as well as established cooperative cross-strait enterprises with mainland China.

In the late 1980s, the Vietnam construction industry was seriously inadequate. Hence Phu My Hung Group invested and cooperated with China Construction Bureau II of China National Construction Corporation to build a power plant in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a case of cross-strait cooperation in the fourth place of development and planning.
In 2009, under the recommendation of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, the group came to Jiaxing (the birthplace of the party), and cooperated with the Nanhu District Government to establish a special construction project, the AlliancePromised Land.
As a first-grade ecological project in Zhejiang Province, Ding Guanghong shared his experience in building the Alliance Promised Land. He believes that "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" are the foundation of a stable developing society. However, this agricultural land should be upgraded and optimized to produce food of the highest quality.”
