In 1989, the enterprises affiliated to Fumeixin Holding Group chose Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as the touchstone of the large-scale development plan. After nearly 30 years of hard work, the desolate swamp turned into the first new urban center of overall planning in Asia.
