  • Create an International Model of a New City Center

    Phu My Hung Holding Group was established in 1989 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Over the past 30 years, the Group has successfully expanded its new towns in the south of Ho Chi Minh City, and has established an international model of new city centre that takes into account the industrial, technological, commercial, and residential needs. Phu My Hung Holding Group has invested more than 800 million US dollars so far, creating over 100,000 jobs, and is a powerful driving force in Vietnam's economic development.

  • Xinshun Processing Export Zone

    Established in 1991 by Phu My Hung Holding Group, Xinshun Processing Export Zone is Vietnam's first export zone,and currently has an annual export value of more than 3.9 billion US dollars.This economic reform was awarded“Asia-Pacific Best Processing Export Zone”by Euro Magazine in the fifth year of its establishment. The export zone has been frequentedby government leaders.

    The area covers about 300 hectares with a total investment of nearly 1.8 billion US dollars, introducing 165 large factories from 19 developed countries. As a result, this created more than 70,000 job opportunities, and solved the problem of food and clothing for 300,000 local people.
  • Xiefu Power Plant

    In 1994, Phu My Hung Holding Group resolutely built Xiefu Power Plant with a total investment of 280 million US dollars. It is the first 100% foreign-owned and BOO (Build-Own-Operate) power plant in Vietnam. Its productionresolved the long-standing issue of economic development of Ho Chi Minh City, and guaranteed the smooth promotion of the Xinshun Processing Export Zone and the South Saigon Development Plan. In 2001, Xiefu Power Plant provided 45% of the electricity for Ho Chi Minh City, providing strong support for economic development and citizen life.

  • Phu My Hung (South Saigon) New City Center

    Founded in 1993, it is the first New City Center in Asia with a master plan. Residential areas, international schools, large hospitals, financial and commercial districts, and municipal facilities were designed and built, and 94% of riverside scenery and green spaces wereopen for residents.



    In 1997, Phu My Hung won the American Institute of Architects Urban Planning Award; In 2011, it won the Silver Award for Best Residential Development in Asia; In 2012, the ULI Global Excellence Award; In 2013, it was named "Global Sustainable Development City" by Harvard Business Review Magazine.

    Today, Phu My Hung has become the most advanced international New City Center, integrating multidimensional functions such as housing, business, culture and education, and medical care in Vietnam.
